摘要
对216名脑血管病出院患者的日常生活活动（包括饮食、穿衣、修饰、上厕所、大小便控制、走动、上下楼梯）状况进行了研究，结果绝大多数患者总的状况较好，下肢较上肢恢复快，男性较女性躯体功能恢复快，首次发病的患者恢复快，表明应注意加强患者的上肢功能恢复并对女性及重复发病的患者给予特殊注意。
The activities of daily life (ADL) of 216 stroke outpatients in Beijing urban were studied. The results showed that most of the patients’ADL were satisfactory. Lower limbs’recovery was better than upper limbs’. The recovery of extremity function in male patients was quicker than in female patients. The Patients suffering from stroke at the first time recovered quickly.
