摘要
目的:通过对手工测量、二维影像和Motion Analysis三维运动捕捉分析系统测量关节活动度结果的对照分析,探讨3种测量方法定量测量结果的一致性评价,为规范关节活动的测量方法提供事实依据。方法:运用统计学描述、配对样本t检验、简单相关分析以及Bland-Altman法的一致性评价对125名受试者关节活动度的三种测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:人体左右侧关节活动度基本相同,个体之间不同关节与关节活动形式下的关节活动度的差异程度不相同;肘关节活动度使用手工测量和Motion测量结果一致性较好,肩关节前屈、外展使用二维影像和Motion测量结果一致性较好。结论:关节活动度的三种测量方法都可以应用于人体关节活动度的测试与评估,在实际使用中应结合测量目的与测量部位的特征进行选择,从而选择合适的测量方法。
Objective:Based on the comparative analysis of the results of measurement of joint activity by manual measurement,two-dimensional image and motion analysis three-dimensional motion capture analysis system,the consistency evaluation of quantitative measurement results of 3 measurement methods is discussed,which provides a factual basis for standardizing the measurement method of joint activity.Methods:The results of three measurements of joint activity of 125 subjects were statistically analyzed by statistical description,paired T test,simple correlation analysis and consistency evaluation of Bland-Altman method.Results:The activity degree of the left and right joints is roughly the same,and the difference degree of joint activity between different joints and joint activity forms is not the same among individuals.Elbow joint mobility was consistent with manual measurements and Motion measurements.The shoulder joint flexion and abduction using 2D images and Motion measurements were consistent.Conclusion:The three methods of measuring joint mobility can be applied to the testing and evaluation of human ROM.In actual use,the characteristics of the measurement and the characteristics of the measurement site should be combined to select an appropriate measurement method.
