摘要
20世纪80年代以来,战略联盟以惊人的速度增长,经受不住如此快速的发展,联盟的失败和终止率也一直维持在较高的水平上。文章根据基于结果和基于过程的两种研究联盟不稳定性的方法,对影响战略联盟不稳定性的因素进行全面的梳理,以利于对此问题的进一步研究。
Strategic alliances have increased with striking speed since 1980s. Without going through such fast development, strategic alliance failure and termination keep upper level at all times. This article based on two approaches which are used to research strategic alliance instability fully settles the effecting factors of strategic alliance instability, in order to more study this issue.
