摘要
仅仅基于结果的绩效考核不能合理公平的反应员工的工作情况,并会带来一些问题。本文通过绩效考核与过程管理的结合,探索一种有效的绩效考核流程,旨在构建公正、合理的绩效考核模式,达到企业和员工发展的"双赢"。
The Performance Assessment just based on the result can not be reasonable and fair response to the work of the staff, and will create some problems. In this paper, to explore an effective process of performance assessment by combination of performance assessment and process management, in order to build a fair and rational performance assessment mode, achieve a "win- win" development of enterprise and staff.
