摘要
软科学研究投入,对一个地区软科学研究的发展水平有着决定性的作用,对小康社会、和谐社会和创新型省份的建设能够发挥积极作用。本文通过对效益分析和评价的3种方法进行比较,选择DEA方法分析评价河北省软科学研究投入的有效性,并指出投入和产出结构的不合理处和改进值。
The inputs of the soft science research can play a decisive role to the development level of the regional soft scientific research, and have a positive effect to the construction of the well - off society, a harmonious society and the building of innovative provinces. Based on comparison of the three different methods about the analysis and evaluation of effectiveness, DEA analysis method is chosen to evaluate the validity of the inputs of the soft science research in Hebei province. Then the unreasonably structural points and improving value of the inputs and outputs are put forward.
