摘要 代谢综合征(MS)是心血管疾病的多种代谢危险因素在个体内集结的状态,MS的主要组成是肥胖病尤其是腹型肥胖、糖尿病或糖调节受损、以高三酰甘油血症及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症为特点的血脂紊乱以及高血压。MS发病基础为胰岛素抵抗,但是因其发病机制十分复杂,涉及多基因、多因素,至今何为关键靶点尚不明确。有学者提出:脂肪细胞向远处的肝脏、骨骼肌和血管等组织发出信号,此信号分子可能是脂肪细胞因子。近年来的研究表明诸多脂肪细胞因子与MS有一定内在联系,对此简要阐述。 Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a accumulated state of many cardiovascular metabolic risk factors.MS is composed of obesity(especially abdominal obesity),diabetes mellitus or damaged regulation of blood sugar,lipid disorder characterized by hypertriacylglycerolemia and low density lipoprotein cholesterolemia and hypertention..Insulin resistance is the pathogeny basis of MS.But its pathogenesis is very complicated,It is related to many genes and factors.Which is its key target is not very clear now.Some researchers showed that fat cell Could outgo the signal to tissues far away,which includes liver,skeletal muscle,and blood vessel.These signal molecules maybe adipokines.Recent researches also showed that many adipokines had some internal relationships with MS.This article reviews progresses above.
