摘要 急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征是多病因所致的一种急性呼吸衰竭,病死率高,严重威胁人类的健康。自1967年,急性呼吸窘迫综合征首次报道以来,对其发病机制的探讨一直是研究领域的热点。大量实验和临床证据表明,促炎和抗炎细胞因子在急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征中起关键作用。现对细胞因子在急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发病中的作用进行阐述。 Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome is a kind of acute respiratory failure caused by more etiology with high mortality.Since the first case with acute respiratory distress syndrome was reported in 1967,pathogenesis is the hot spot in international medicine research.Many experiments and clinic evidences confirmed that cytokines should play important roles in the acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome.This article reviewed the roles of cytokines in this disease.
