摘要
在开发出莲基因组SSR引物对的基础上,采用SSR分子标记技术尝试鉴别10个藕莲推广品种。筛选出16对SSR有效引物进行PCR扩增,其中6对引物CL1、CL2、CL4、CL9、CL14、CL16共扩增出15条多态性条带,对所得到的10个藕莲品种的SSR指纹图谱进行组合和综合分析,可以将供试的10个品种区分开来。表明利用SSR技术进行藕莲品种鉴定是可行而有效的。
Different rhizome lotus cultivars were attempted to identity on the basis ot 33H pnmer pairs developed from lotus genome. Sixteen effective SSR primer pairs were screened, and six primer pairs CL1, CL2, CL4, CL9, CL14 and CL16 produced 15 polymorphic bands. The fingerprinting map was constructed and the 10 rhizome lotus cultivars could be identified by the combination and analysis of six primer pairs. The results indicated that it is feasible and effective to identify rhizome lotus cultivars by SSR markers.
