摘要
焦面板是大天区面积多目标光纤光谱天文望远镜的一个重要部件,它是一个球面孔群结构,孔的位置精度直接影响到系统的成像质量。建立焦面板孔群中心点位置的数学模型并进行仿真不仅是进行优化孔群分布的需要,也是进行后续数控加工的需要。空间球坐标投影算法,解决了在球面上近似均匀分布孔群的难题,并利用科学计算工具MATLAB进行了数学建模与仿真。最后给出了仿真结果和孔群中心点位置的三维坐标,并提出了其他的改进方案。结果表明,该算法能有效地提高焦面板的孔位精度,满足了LAMOST的需要。
The focal plane, one of LAMOST' s important components,is a centripetal and spherical structure of multi - hole. The multi - hole' s position precision will affect the quality of the system. Mathematical modeling of position of the multi - hole is not only from the requirement of optimization of distribution, but also from the requirement of NC machining. This paper presents an appropriate algorithm of spherical surface projection, gives a way for apprex- imatively distributing multi - hole on sphere, and models are built using MATLAB. In the end, the article gives the results of the simulation and the three dimensional coordinate of centre spot of the multi - hole, then a modified meth- od is presented. The result shows that this algorithm can improve positional accuracy of focal plane and it can well meet the requirements of LAMOST.
