摘要
盆栽一年的红掌苗喷施0.2%、0.4%和0.6%壳聚糖(CTS)溶液的结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,喷施CTS的红掌苗抗旱能力明显提高,其相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量都下降,而可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均增加,与正常浇水的差异不大,花青素含量也有提高,其中以喷施0.6%的CTS的效果最显著。
The seedlings ofAnthurium andraeanum under drought stress were treated with 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% exogenous chitosan (CTS). The results indicated that exogenous CTS could reduce malondialdehyde (MDA) content and electrical conductivity, and increase proline, soluble sugar and anthocyanin contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, the best effect of CTS was 0.6%.
