摘要
采用不同浓度壳聚糖包衣10个大麦品种,研究其对大麦种子萌发及干旱胁迫条件下的幼苗株高、根长、胁迫复水后幼苗存活率的影响和不同大麦品种对壳聚糖包衣的敏感性。结果表明,0.2%,0.4%浓度壳聚糖包衣对大麦种子萌发及干旱胁迫条件下的幼苗株高、根长及复水后的幼苗存活有促进作用,其中,0.4%处理差异达显著水平;0.6%处理对大麦种子的萌发和株高、根长、复水后幼苗存活产生一定的抑制作用。不同大麦品种对壳聚糖包衣的敏感性有所不同,其中,K2,K3,K5这3个品种大麦对壳聚糖包衣作用不敏感,K4,K6,K7较敏感,其余表现为一般敏感。
Using different concentration of chitosan coating 10 varieties of barley, to study its effect on barley seed germination, on seedling height and root length under the condition of drought stress and on the survival rate of seedlings after water stress and to study the sensitivity of different barley varieties of chitosan coating. The results show that 0.2%, 0.4% concentration of chitosan coating pro- motes barley seed germination, seedling height and root length under the condition of drought stress and the survival of seedlings after water stress. Among them, 0.4% treatment has significant differences, 0.6% treatment has certain inhibitory effect on barley seed germi- nation, plant height, root length and the survival of seedlings after water stress. The sensitivity of different barley varieties of chitosan coating is different, among them, K2, K3, K5 three varieties of barley are not sensitive to the effect of chitosan coating, K4, K6, K7 are more sensitive, the rest are regular sensitive.
