四极质谱仪通用数字控制系统结构的研究 被引量:6

摘要 设计了一个能在四极杆和四极离子阱质谱仪中通用的数字控制系统结构。新结构在商业仪器PolarisQ结构的基础上,增加了PC104总线用于扩展硬件,以32位MCU和FPGA为核心处理器,基于操作系统uClinux的多任务编程而不使用DSP器件,设计了通用远程控制协议和基于FPGA的分时段同步程序。基于这种结构开发的数字控制系统在EI-四极杆,EI-矩形离子阱,ESI-矩形离子阱3种产品样机中成功应用。相比现有的结构,新结构兼备了小型化和通用性。 A new architecture of digital control system (DCS) was designed, which could be used in both quadrupole mass filter and quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometer. The architecture was based those of commercial instrument Polaris Q, but added the PC104 bus to extend modules, not use DSP replaced by multi-task programming based uClinux in 32-bit MCU and FPGA, developed the universal remote control protocol, synchronized program based FPGA. The DCS based the new architecture is successfully applied in three product prototypes, which are EI-quadrupole mass filter, EI-rectilinear ion trap and ESI-rectilinear ion trap mass spectrometer. The new architecture can are universality and miniaturization, but DCSs is not satisfy.
