摘要
现有DNC系统主要用来传输NC程序,功能比较单一,也没有与企业的其他系统集成。本文研究如何利用以太网建立高效的局域网,利用基于PC104总线的Windows系统实现快速的数据处理功能,实时采集一线生产数据,并为数控设备操作者提供交互接口,同时为企业实现系统资源共享提供了三种模式。
The actual DNC system,whose function is simplex,is to transmit NC program. And it doesn＇t integrate with other systems in other corporations. A method to highly build efficient LAN and achieve the fast data processing function based on PC104 Windows system is presented. The primary data in production are gathered, and an alternating interface for manipulators of NC equipment and three modes of corporations for sharing the system resources are proved.
