摘要
基于Internet/Intranet,采用B/S模式,扩展传统DNC之功能,对集成化DNC系统进行了研究,借助RS232串口通信和Windows的多线程技术,采用Moxa公司的串口设备联网服务器,构建出数控加工网络化IDNC系统。该IDNC系统通过内联外延可有效地利用企业局域网乃至广域网进行信息集成和各分系统间实现资源共享,可实现系统的信息集成、制造信息管理、设备状态在线浏览和远程监控等功能。
Based on Internet/Intranet, we adopt the Browser/Server mode, expand the function of traditional DNC, and probe into the integrated IDNC system. We succeeded in constructing a digitally-controlled IDNC system by the use of RS232 connection, Windows multi-linear program technology and the series connected server of Moxa Company. The system can integrate information through the effective bridging of different LANs and WANs, and realizes resource sharing between different subsystems. It boasts such functions as system information integration, management of manufacturing information, on-line browsing of equipment state and remote monitoring.
