摘要 数控系统与计算机接口有RS-232C/422/485、DNC2、现场总线和以太网等形式。数控机床组网方式包括:计算机通过串口与数控系统点到点连接;计算机配置总线接口卡与具有现场总线接口的数控系统连接;计算机通过局域网与具有网络接口的数控系统连接。其发展方向有现场总线和以太网、无线通信、信息高度集成等技术。 There are several kinds of interface modes between NC machine tools and computers such as RS-232C/422/485, DNC2, Field-bus and Ethernet etc. The organizing network for NC machine tools includes the point to point connection between computers and NC machine tools system by serial port, the connection of between bus interface card configured by computer and NC system for NC machine tool with Field-bus interface, and the connection between computers and NC system has network interface by LAN. The developing direction includes Field-bus, Ethernet, wireless communication, information integration technologies etc.
