摘要
本课题选取有代表性的9个国家和地区,采用综合评价指数法,从数量分析的角度,对其统计年鉴的编辑质量和传播质量两个方面以及综合性、逻辑性、时效性、用户友好性、可获得性和技术先进性6个小类进行了比较研究,不仅对参与评价的9个国家和地区统计年鉴质量进了量化分析,还总结出各国统计年鉴编辑的一般规律,并且提出改进中国统计年鉴编辑工作的建议:加快统计改革,完善国家统计体系和国家统计指标体系,为社会提供全面、客观的统计数据;树立服务用户的意识,尽可能方便读者阅读;增加全面反映统计数据各种属性的内容;提高统计年鉴的可获得性等。
The Researching Group chooses 9 representative countries or territories and conducts quantitative analysis on the compiling quality and dissemination quality of their statistical yearbooks,as well as the six subcategories of integrity,logicality,timeliness,friendliness to the readers,accessibility and technological advantage.We rank quality of statistical yearbook,summarize some general compiling trends and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of statistical yearbook of China.The main suggestions are as follows： to reform statistical system and establish a set of national statistical indicators;to serve the users and facilitate their reading;to provide the readers with a set of properties of the data and improve the accessibility of yearbooks.
