摘要
在我国大学生就业竞争日趋激烈的今天,高职(高专)生被挤到了竞争的边缘。就业成本高、就业率偏低、职业不稳定、就业机会不均等、工资收入低、就业分布不平衡、社会保障不健全等,成为当今高职(高专)生就业的显著特点。在分析大学生就业难原因的基础上,提出了如何缓解高职(高专)生就业压力的相关对策。
Today, the employment competition of college students is more intense than ever and the students in junior college and vocational school have even been pushed aside from the competition. The notable feature of their employment is.. high cost, low rate, unstable profession, unequal opportunity, low salary, irregular distribute, defective social security and so on. Based on analyzing the causes of their employment difficulty, this paper studies the correlative countermeasure to relieve their employment pressure.
