摘要
培养高校教师教学反思能力,不仅有利于教师整体教学水平的提高,更有利于理论与实践相结合,有利于提高教育教学质量。培养反思意识,应该从具体的自我反省开始,培养反思意识;要进行自我评价,提高反思能力;要创设反思情境,提供反思保证;要求助专家指导,提升反思深度。反思是教师自身发展的基础和前提,也是教师成长的新起点。
Developing University teacher＇s teaching introspects an ability, not only be advantageous to a teacher whole teaching level of exaltation, more be advantageous to theories and fulfillment to combine together, be advantageous to the teaching quality of the exaltation education. The development introspects consciousness, should start from the concrete ego self-reflection, the development introspects consciousness; Carry on an ego evaluation, improve the ability of introspecting; The creation introspects environment, providing to introspect assurance; Asking for help the expert guides, raising to introspect depth. Introspecting is foundation and premise that the teacher＇s oneself develops, is also the new point of depar-ture that the teacher grows up.
