摘要
培养高校教师教学反思能力,不仅有利于教师整体教学水平的提高,更有利于理论与实践相结合,有利于提高教育教学质量。培养反思意识,应该从具体的自我反省开始,培养反思意识;要进行自我评价,提高反思能力;要创设反思情境,提供反思保证;要求助专家指导,提升反思深度。反思是教师自身发展的基础和前提,也是教师成长的新起点。
Developing University teacher's teaching introspects an ability, not only be advantageous to a teacher whole teaching level of exaltation, more be advantageous to theories and fulfillment to combine together, be advantageous to the teaching quality of the exaltation education.
