摘要
医学人才是卫生事业发展的基础,全面提高医学人才素质是社会经济以及医药卫生事业发展的要求。对医学人才的素质教育应该着眼于社会实际的需要,教育部门首先应当转变教育思想与观念,在培养目标、办学体制、课程结构和体系、教学方法、临床实习制度等方面加以改革和完善,达到"通才教育—专业教育—素质教育"并重,培养具有创新意识的医学专门人才。
Medical personnel are the basis of the development of public health. Quality education of medical personnel should focus on the practical requirements of the society. Educational conception should be renewed. Reasonable revisions and reforms of the educational goal, educational system, curriculum structure and system, teaching methods and the clinical clerkship system should be made. The education model should be the combination of fundamental education, professional education and quality education, which made the personnel to be creative medical professionals.
