摘要
在生料浆配料过程中,磨机负荷是与生产效率和能源消耗密切相关的重要指标,生料浆的钙比、碱比和水分是重要的质量指标,实现磨机负荷及生料浆各项质量指标的优化控制的关键是确定出合理的赤泥浆、碱粉、各台磨机的混矿、石灰石、碱赤泥浆流量控制回路的设定值。设计并开发了生料浆配料过程的优化设定软件,详细介绍了该软件的结构、功能、程序流程图及实现画面等。优化设定软件可以根据工况的变化自动调整各种流量控制回路的设定值,从而提高了配料过程的产品质量和生产效率,并节能降耗,取得了显著的应用效果。
In the blending process, calcium ratio, alkali ratio and water content of the raw slurry are important quality indices, and mill load is a key index that affects the production efficiency and energy consuming. Determining the right set-points of the flow rates of red slurry, alkali powder, and each mill's blending ore, limestone and alkali red slurry are the key to realize the optimizing control for the quality of raw slurry and mill load. The optimal setting software which can adjust the set-points of blending process is proposed. The structure, function, flow chart and interface of the software are described. Application results show that the quality of raw slurry is improved under the condition of maintaining production efficiency and energy saving.
