摘要 采用水溶性聚酯粒、聚乙二醇、聚氧乙烯/氧丙烯无规聚醚酯交换,合成亲水性聚酯,添加丙烯酸系两性聚合物后制成舒适性处理剂PES。用PES浸渍、浸轧处理涤纶织物,结果显示PES有良好的相容性,既可以在染浴中替代高温分散剂使用,也可以替代氨基硅油在柔软定形整理中应用。处理后的涤纶织物有良好的易去污性,抗静电性好,改善了涤纶织物的吸湿导湿性能,提高了涤纶织物的舒适性。 Using water-soluble polyester, polyethylene glycol, polyoxyethlene/polypropylene random copolymer intereste- rification, hydrophilic polyester is synthesized; and adding acrylic acid series amphoteric polymer, comfortable additives PES is produced. Then polyester fabric is dipped and pressed with PES, the result shows that the PES has good compatibility. It not only can be replaced of high temperature dispersant in the dye bath, but also can replace aminosilicone oil in the application of soft finishing. The polyester fabric treated with PES has good easy decontamination, good antistatic property, and its moisture absorption & moisture conductivity is improved, its comfort is enhanced too. improve the moisture-polyester fabric wet performance, improved polyester fabric.
