化纤长丝断裂强力和断裂伸长测试方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了使化纤长丝的产品质量有可比性。为此纺织部下达该类产品的断裂强力和断裂伸长测试方法的研究任务,即试样的含量平衡时间、测试次数、预张力及断裂时间等测试条件的研究。其结果认为含湿平衡时间:涤纶1.5h、锦纶4h、粘胶人造丝8h;测试次数定为30次;预张力为拉伸丝0.05±0.01cN/dtex;断裂时间定为20±3S。在此测试条件下,规定在CRE强力仪上进行测试及其统一的计算方法等。以此作为纺织标准FJ556—86和国标断裂强力和断裂伸长标准测试方法。 Investingations on the testing conditions of breaking tenacity and elongation such as air condition time,number of testing also the pretension and the breaking speed applied are carried out.The optimum conditions of air condition time for polyester is 1.5h,nylon 4h,viscose 8h;the number of testing for all kinds of man-made fiber is 30,the pretension of drawn filaments is 0.05±0.01 cN/dtex and 20±3s for the breaking time is preferable,with these conditions samples are tested on the CKE tenactiy testing instrument,the results are calculated by an unified method and the natioagl testing standards will be established on the basis of these investigations.
