摘要
目的了解二大归芷膏对角化型手足癣患者的抗真菌治疗效果。方法用二大归芷膏与兰美抒软膏对照治疗角化型手足癣疗效判断,并且进行两组的真菌学实验分析。结果两组的临床疗效判定:治疗组的有效率为(41+42)/86=96.51%,对照组的有效率为(33+39)/86=83.72%;治疗组与对照组比较,χ2=4.27,P<0.05。说明用二大归芷膏治疗角化型手足癣疗效显著优于兰美抒软膏对照组。两组的真菌学实验分析:治疗组真菌清除率为100%,对照组真菌清除率为97.67%;二大归芷膏和兰美抒软膏对红色毛癣菌,须癣毛癣菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)无统计学意义。结论二大归芷膏能有效的治疗角化型手足癣。且中药制剂的二大归芷膏与西药特比萘芬的浅部真菌的抑菌效果相同。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Erda Guizhi cream（EC）. Methods EC and Lanmeishu cream （LC） were used comparative for the treatment of keratotic tinea hand or pedis and the mycological analysis were made in the two groups. Results The effective rate in therapeutic group was （41＋42）/86-96.51%, and in control group （33＋39）/86=83.72%; the difference between them was χ2=4.27, P〈0.05; the clearing rate in therapeutic group was 100%, and in control group 97.67%, and there was no difference in MIC of both EC and LC in clearing fungi. Conclusions EC is effective for keratotic tinea hand or pedis and same effect in antifungal ability compared with LC.
