论学校教育情境中师生人际冲突及其解决

摘要 师生关系不仅有和谐的一面,也有分歧、对抗和冲突。文章通过认识师生人际冲突的种类及特点,从社会学和心理学角度分析师生人际冲突的原因,提出了解决师生之间人际冲突的应对措施,旨在揭示对师生冲突认识的误区,维持一种健康、积极、融洽、和谐的师生关系。 The relationship between teachers and students is basically harmonious, but sometimes it can be divergent and antagonistic. Viewing from the categories and characteristics of the interpersonal conflict between teachers and students, this paper analyzes the causes on the basis of sociology and psychology from three dimensions: interpersonal conflict, interpersonal feelings and interpersonal behavior. It also puts forward a solution to resolving the interpersonal conflict between teachers and students so as to reveal the misunderstanding of this conflict and maintain a healthy, positive, friendly and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
