摘要
目的探讨全血及悬浮红细胞的质控监测。方法对保存期内的全血及悬浮红细胞随机抽检,进行容量、血细胞比容检测。结果全血容量均在标准范围,悬浮红细胞容量在正常范围内整体偏高;全血、悬浮红细胞的血细胞比容均值符合标准。结论应统一全血及悬浮红细胞制备及检测的统一的标准操作规程,以便提高质量,完善监测。
Objective To investigate the quality control for whole blood and suspended red blood cells. Methods Sampled the whole blood and suspended red blood cells randomly to test the content and HCT. Results The content of whole blood was the scope of the standard, the content of suspended red blood cells was in the normal range, but overall high. The mean of HCT both of whole blood and suspended red blood cells was in line with standard. Conclusion In order to improve the blood quality, sOP of the whole blood and suspended red blood cells manufactured and testing should unified.
