摘要
全面、系统地介绍了目前常用口服降糖药包括磺脲类、格列奈类、双胍类、葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂类和噻唑烷二酮类的结构、作用机制、适用对象、不良反应及使用方法。并着力介绍了一种有潜力的糖尿病口服降糖新药——二肽基肽酶抑制剂的临床特点和使用前景。对糖尿病口服降糖药临床使用过程中的注意事项进行总结。
This article comprehensively and systematically introduces the chemical structures, mechanisms of actions, indications, side effects and administration of oral hypoglycemic agents, including sulfonylureas, ghnide, biguanides, glucosidase inhibitors and thiazolidinediones. Otherwise,it is emphatically discusses the clinical featwes and future prospects of DPP Ⅳ inhibitor. Finally,we discusses the attentions of oral hypoglycemic agents in clinical application.
