摘要
采用生物测定方法研究了冷蒿茎叶水浸提液和50%甲醇浸提液对苏丹草、黄花草木樨、阿尔刚金苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿和沙打旺种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着冷蒿茎叶水浸提液浓度的增加,受试植物种子发芽率逐渐降低,5 mg/mL水浸提液使苏丹草、黄花草木樨、阿尔刚金苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿和沙打旺种子发芽率分别降低了3.9%、7.1%、3.6%、5.9%和1.8%;冷蒿茎叶水浸提液通过影响种子萌发期间幼苗对营养物质的分配与积累,进而抑制幼芽与幼根的生长,使五种饲用植物幼芽生长量分别降低了1.5%、8.3%、14.2%、13.0%和3.6%,幼根生长量分别降低了1.0%、4.8%、18.5%、30.7%和4.7%;在相同浓度下,甲醇浸提液对受试植物种子萌发以及幼苗生长的抑制作用明显增加。
The allelopathy effect of aqueous extract and 50% methanol extract from A. frigida Willd. on the germination and seedling growth of Sorghum sudanense Piper, Melilotus officinalis Lam. , Medicago sativa L. cv. Aergangjin, Medicagosativa L. cv. ZhungeerandAstagalrusadsurgens Pall. was assessed by bioassay. The results showed that the germination rate of test plants decreased with the increased concentration of aqueous extracts from A. frigida Willd. Treated with 5 mg/ml aqueous extract, the germination rate of the five plants decreased by 3.9%,7. 1% ,3.6% ,5.9% and 1.8% respectively; aqueous extract from A. frigida Willd. controlled the germ length and radicle length by affecting accumulation and distribution of nutritive substances of the young seedlings at germination stage, and the growth quantity of the plumule decreased by 1.5% ,8.3% ,14.2% ,13.0% and 3.6% respectively, and the growth quantity of the radicle decreased by 1.0% ,4.8% ,18.5% ,30.7% and 4. 7% respectively; the inhibitory effect of methanol extract from A. frigida Willd. on the germination and seedling growth of tested plants is in the same condition.
