摘要
用三氯化铝作催化剂,对甲苯胺与丙烯腈反应合成N-氰乙基对甲苯胺。研究了反应体系中各因素对反应的影响,实验结果表明:合成N-氰乙基对甲苯胺较适宜的工艺条件是:n(对甲苯胺):n(丙烯腈)=1.2:1,催化剂用量为对甲苯胺的10%,反应温度为68℃~70℃,反应时间为24小时,目标产物的产率高达89.4%,纯度高于94%。
Using ALCL3 as catalyst, N-cyanoethyl-p-methyl aniline was synthesized from p-methyl aniline and acrylonitrile. Each factor of reaction was studied. The result of the experiments showed that the optimum reaction conditions were:n(acrylonitrile) :n(p-methyl aniline)=1.2:1,the catalyst dosage was 10% of the p-methyl aniline, the reaction temperature was 68-70℃ and the reaction time for 24h. The yield of the target product was over 89.4% with the purity over 94%.
