摘要
用无水三氯化铝作催化剂,在低温常压下,由对甲苯胺和丙烯腈合成N,N-二氰乙基对甲苯胺,研究了反应体系中各因素对反应的影响.实验结果表明:对甲苯胺双氰乙基化反应较适宜的工艺条件是:n(对甲苯胺)∶n(丙烯腈)=1∶2.6,催化剂用量为对甲苯胺的30%,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为24h,目标产物产率高达89%,纯度高于96%.
<Abstrcat> Using non-water AlCl_3 as catalyst,N,N-Dicyanoethyl p-methyl aniline was synthesized from p-methyl aniline and acrylonitrile at lower temperature and normal pressure. Each factor of the reaction was studied. The result of the experiments showed that the optimum prosess conditions were as follows:n(p-methyl aniline):n(acrylonitrile)=1∶2.6,the catalyst dosage is 30% of the p-methyl aniline,the reaction temperature is 85℃ and the reaction time for 24h. The yield of the target product is over 89% with the purity over 96%.
