摘要
数值模拟越来越广泛地应用到了玻璃熔窑的设计与优化中。因为玻璃熔窑中主要由2个截然不同的空间组成,即上部的火焰空间和下部的池窑空间,因此对玻璃熔窑的数值模拟主要是针对这2个空间展开的。本文对玻璃熔窑中所采用的数学模型进行了归纳总结,主要内容有火焰空间模型、玻璃池窑模型、耦合模型、子模型以及模型验证。
Mathematical simulation is widely used for the design, optimization of glass melting furnaces. The furnace consists of two different spaces including the glass melt and the combustion space, therefore, the simulation of the glass-melting system is focused on the above two spaces. Current three-dimensional mathematical models for simulating flow and heat transfer processes in glass-melting furnaces are summarized, including combustion model, glass tank melt model, coupled model and various sub-models, and validation included.
