Based upon tb e analyses of glass melt flow and heat transfer process and their governing factors, an analogue experimental apparatus for glass melt flow in colour TV tube tank furnace was established on the basis of analogue theory. It provided an effective and advanced method to improve eolour TV tube production,to digest imported tanks and to diagnose the defects of glass.
