本文简介了近年来国外水平连铸技术的新发展，我国水平连铸的新成就及几点发展意见．特别是水平连铸新的三大技术──中间包感应加热、电磁搅拌与交流伺服拉坯驱动系统。
By summarizing the recent progresses in horizontal continuous casting technology both abroad and in China, several proposals concerning the development of H. C. C. in China are put forward, with three key techniques, namely the tundish with induction heating, electromagnetic stirring and AC servo system for slab extraction emphasized.
