摘要
某电厂1号锅炉包墙过热器运行10年来共发生爆管、泄漏30余次,利用化学成分分析、金相组织分析,以及扫描电镜、俄歇能谱等方法对其进行了分析。结果表明,包墙管材质12Cr1MoV中有害元素(As、Sn)含量过高使该管材产生回火脆性,加之焊接工艺不当促进了这种脆性程度,是造成频繁爆管的主要原因。为此,建议对包墙过热器管材进行更换。
Tube - burst and leakage on the steam - cooled wall of boiler no. 1 in one power plant had occurred more than thirty times in ten years of operation. By using chemical analysis, metallurgical structure analysis, as well as scanning electron microscope, and auger spectrometer etc. , the tubeburst and leakage have been analysed. Resrlts show that the harmful elements content of As + Sn being too high in pipe material of said steam- cooled wall made the pipe material to produce temper brittleness, and unsuitable weld procedure made the said brittleness to be more serious, were the main causes leading to tube - burst and leakage. For this,it is recommended that the pipe material of said steam - cooled wall has to be replaced.
