摘要
本文分析我院１９８５～１９８９年１９８例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌的治疗情况。治疗方法为单纯手术５４例，手术＋放疗７２例，手术＋放疗＋化疗７２例。在局部控制方面，加放疗的均能显示降低局部复发率，且复发时间明显延迟。化疗对局部控制率无明显影响。术后锁骨上复发机率高，故术后锁骨上放疗有价值。在远处转移方面，化疗比放疗和手术均能明显降低转移率。在５年生存率方面三者呈递增关系，但无统计学差异。本文认为放疗能明显提高局控率，略提高生存率。化疗明显降低转移率也能提高生率。
The paper analyzed the treatment information of the breast cancer from 1985 to 1989.The treatment methods were operation 54 case, operation + radiotherapy 72 cases and operation + chemotherapy 72 cases.After following-up on the local controling aspect,the treatment with the radiotherapy can decrease the recurrence rate and prolong the recurrence time obviously.There were more supraclaricular recurrence rate after operation.The radiation must be given on supraclaricular area.On distant metastases aspect,the chemotherapy can decrease metastases rate more obviously than those of radiotherapy and operation.On 5-years survival rate,there was an increasing among three methods and no statistic difference.We regarded the radiotherapy can decrease local recurrence rate and has a benefit on the 5-years survival rate.The chemotherapy can decrease metastases rate and increase 5-years suivival rate.The best method is operation+radiotherapy+chemotherapy.
