摘要
研究了用反应烧结法在W18Cr4V钢表面制备的Mo2FeB2硼化物金属陶瓷覆层的组织及性能,分析了烧结覆层与基体界面的形成特点、烧结覆层的显微硬度分布以及耐磨性能。结果表明,在1220~1240℃反应烧结,获得1~3mm厚的硼化物金属陶瓷覆层,该烧结覆层和基体之间产生牢固的冶金结合,其显微硬度达到1200HV0.1,具有良好的耐磨性能。
The microstructure and properties of Mo2FeB2 cermets coating on the surface of W18Cr4V steel by reaction sintering were studied. The interface characteristics between clad layer and steel substrate, the microhardness distribution and wear resistance of the clad layer were analyzed. The results indicate that the Mo2FeB2 cermets clad with thickness of 1 -3 mm is obtained by reaction sintering at temperature ranging from 1220℃ to 1240℃. Strong metallurgical bonding forms between the clad layer and the steel substrate. The cermets clad layer has high microhardness of 1200 HV0.1 and good wear resistance.
