摘要
目的观察中药电熨配合颈部垫枕对颈椎病的治疗效果。方法随机取２９０例不同年龄及不同类型的颈椎病患者，采用中药电熨配合颈部垫枕疗法：将祛风散寒、通经活血的中药研细、蒸透并降温至４５～５０℃，分放于颈后与肩背部，通以直流电，每日１次，每次２０～３０分钟，治疗１５～３０天；取高６～８ｃｍ，宽２０ｃｍ的软枕垫于颈后，使着力点在颈中后部，每天坚持５～６小时的仰卧姿势。结果治愈１４５例，其中显效８７例，好转４９例，无效９例，总有效率为９６６％，经１～２年随访观察１４５例，复发２例，复发率为１３８％。结论中药电熨具有中药熏蒸、温热及低频电疗的作用，颈部垫枕可恢复颈部生理曲度，有利于止痛消肿，改善患病关节肌肉的功能状态。
Objective To observe the effect of thermocouple traditional Chinese medicines and cervical bolster treat the cervical spondylopathy. Methods 290 cases in different years and on their different types cervical spondylopathy were treated by thermocouple traditional Chinese medicines and cervical bolster.The tradition Chinese medicines which can get rid of colds and improve blood circulation was made into pinpoints hotted up to piping,when it cold at 45～50 degrees centigrade.Laid on cervixes and beside of them,inputted the direct current (each day is once,each time is 20～30minutes,one course is 15～30 days).Then cases lay on their backs and with their cervixes on the bolsters that high 6～8 centimetres and 20 centimetres wide (each day is 5～6 hours). Results The cure is 145 cases ,the remarkable effect is 87 cases, the better therapeutic effect is 49 cases,no effect is 9 cases,the total effective rate is 96.6%,145 cases of them were observed for one or two years,2 cases recurred, the recurrence rate is 1.38%. Concusions The thermocouple traditional Chinese medicines has the use of hot and low frequency current.The cervical bolster can regain cervical biomedical bow.They are good to episodic pain,remove swollen,improve the use of the diseased joints and muscles.
