摘要
以JJZ-Ⅱ型自动吸烟机模拟人吸烟的频率和次数,用剑桥滤片截留卷烟主流烟气中的总粒相物,采用RP-HPLX法检测人参生命源卷烟滤嘴和滤片中人参皂苷的含量。结果表明:滤嘴中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量分别是3.99,4.30μg/g,滤片中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量分别是2.28,2.15μg/g。添加人参提取物并不会导致卷烟烟气焦油和一氧化碳的含量增加,相反卷烟的吸食舒适度略有改善。该检测方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为人参卷烟烟气的有效分析方法。
To simulate frequency and times of smoking cigarette with JJZ- II type auto-smoking machine, the total particle-phase substance in tobacco smoke was held-up by the Cambridge filter piece. Then RP- HPLC was used to detennine ginsenosides in the ginseng-cigarette filter and the filter piece. The findings showed that the content of ginsenosides Rgl and Re in cigarette filter was 3.99, 4.30μg/g respectively, while in filter piece, that of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re was 2.28, 2.15 μg/g respectively. The amount of tar and carbon monoxide did not increase; on the contrary, the degree of comfort to smoke is improved a little after ginseng extract was added to cigarette. This detection method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for an effective analysis of ginsenosides in tobacco smoke of ginsengcigarette.
