摘要 低温染色可以降低对羊绒纤维的损伤,提高纺纱性能。影响低温染色质量的主要因素是染色温度与低温助剂。采用不同性质染料在不同温度条件下对羊绒纤维染色,对染色后织物的外观手感、单纤维断裂强力、摩擦色牢度以及各种染料在低温助剂不同用量条件下对纤维上染率影响进行比较,提出了羊绒纤维低温染色的最佳工艺:染色温度80-85℃,低温助剂用量2%,并探讨了羊绒纤维低温染色的机理。 Low temperature dyeing can reduce the damage for cashmere fibers, improve the capability for spinning. The major factors to influence the quality of low temperature dyeing were the dyeing temperature and low temperature additives. This paper studied on the effect of after-dyeing physical properties, such as hand feeling, appearance, filament breaking strength, color fastness to rubbing, etc, for cashmere fibers on the temperature of low temperature dyeing, and the effect of dye-uptake on the dosage of low temperature additives for various dyes. Furthermore, this paper proposed its recommended condition that the temperature was 80 - 85 ℃ and the dose of additive was 2%, and discussed the dyeing mechanism of low temperature dyeing for cashmere fibers.
