摘要
以丙烯酸(AAc)接枝改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)和废羧基丁腈橡胶(WXNBR)共混物,在界面间生成化学键,增大两相界面间粘合力,改善了共混物的力学性能。结果表明加入少量丙烯酸,就能在不降低拉伸强度的条件下显著提高共混物的冲击强度,达到良好增韧效果。
The compound of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and power of waste carboxylated nitrile rubber (WXNBR) was grafted to modify with acrylic acid (AAc). The mechanical properties were improved because of the formation of chemical bond and increase of the bonding force on the interface. The results showed that the impact strength obviously increased without the tensil strength loss by adding small amout of AAc.
