摘要
合成了新显色试剂5,6-二氯苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(DCBTDAA),并研究了它与镍的显色反应。试验表明,在pH 10.56 Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,TritonX-100存在下,试剂与Ni(Ⅱ)形成2∶1的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为540 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。在25 mL显色溶液中镍质量在0~15μg范围内遵守比尔定律。用本法测定铝合金标样中的镍,结果与认定值相符。
A new chromogenic reagent 5,6-dichlorbenzothiazole diazoaminoazobenzene (DCBTDAA) is synthesized and its color reaction with nickel(Ⅱ) is studied. Results showed that a red complex of DCB- DAA and nickel(Ⅱ) with a reagent: metal ratio of 2 : 1 was formed in the buffers solution of Na2B4O7- NaOH at pH 10.56 in the presence of Triton X-100. The complex have the maximum absorption at 540 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.5×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-15 μg/25 mL for nickel(Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of nickel in standard aluminium alloy samples and the results compare favourably with the certified values.
