摘要
针对临床医学专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,参照兄弟院校管理经验,结合我校实际,提出了具体的措施:建立完善的考核体系及考核制度是关键,健全组织机构是保证,同时要狠抓临床能力毕业考核出口关,确保临床医学专业学位研究生的培养质量。
Aiming at problems existing in training master students of clinical medicine and consulting management experience of other universities of Chinese medicine, this paper put forward its own suggestions from the real situation of this college. The key is to consummate check system and regulation. Organization institute is to be set up. Meanwhile graduation examination of clinical ability should be stressed to ensure the quality of training.
