柴油机活塞异形销孔结构设计与疲劳试验的综合性研究 被引量:16

摘要 针对某高负荷柴油发动机活塞在试验中出现销孔磨损及机油粘结的现象,基于对销孔表面承载和混合润滑模型的分析,提出了优化销孔表面应力分布的曲面设计方法。设计了6种不同幂指数函数销孔型面,利用数值模拟方法进行了活塞销孔的第三主应力分布对比,用于确定销孔的优化设计方案,并利用发动机试验进行了对比考核。分析及试验结果表明,采用合适的幂函数形式的活塞销孔型面结构可有效的均衡应力分布,达到了实现销孔动力润滑的目的。 In view of the situation of wear and oil deposition on piston pin bore found during diesel engine test, a new design method for optimizing the surface stress distribution of piston pin bore was'presented based on the analysis of pin bore loading capacity and a mixed lubrication model. Six pin bore surface profiles with different exponent function were designed for optimizing the pin bore loading capacity and increasing lubricating action. The compressive stress distribution of pin bore was analyzed by numerical simulation and some design schemes of pin bore were compared by engine test. The results show that the surface profile with appropriate exponent function can realize better stress distribution of pin bore.
