摘要
本文以科技期刊的评价指标为基础,以变异系数法、理想点评价模型为工具,并以力学期刊的综合影响力指标为例,构建了一般科技期刊理想点模型评价指标体系,对理想点模型进行了客观的分析,提出了评价科技期刊指标的新见解。
Based on the evaluation of scientific periodical indicators, the variation coefficient and ideal point evaluation model as a tool, taking the integrated impact indicators of mechnics journal for example, this paper has structured general evaluation index system of ideal point model general sci - tech periodicals analysing the ideal point model objectively, and presented the new view on appraising the index of sci - tech periodicals.
