准分子激光屈光手术对猫眼房水流畅系数及房角小梁结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察准分子激光屈光手术不同手术方式、不同切削量对猫眼房水流畅系数(C值)及房角小梁组织结构的影响。方法:健康成年猫27只(54眼)随机分为对照组和准分子激光角膜切削原位磨镶术(LASIK)组、准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)组,其中LASIK组和LASEK组按照不同切削量分为0D、-3D、-6D、-9D组(3只,6眼),行准分子激光屈光手术,术后1周、2周、1个月全麻下检测C值,并对房角小梁组织进行光镜和透射电镜检查。结果:术前各组C值无统计学差异;与术前相比,术后各时间点LASIK组、LASEK组C值无显著变化,与对照组亦无统计学差异;与术前相比,不同切削量各组C值无显著变化,与对照组亦无统计学差异。手术前后小梁组织形态结构无明显变化。结论:在保证角膜基质床安全厚度前提下,准分子激光屈光手术对猫眼房角功能和结构无明显影响,是一种安全的手术。
