摘要
目的分析Sirius新型眼前段分析系统测量LASIK术后早期角膜后表面曲率、前房深度及前房容积变化。方法前瞻性临床研究LASIK矫正近视及复性近视散光96例(96只眼),术前及术后10d行Sirius新型眼前段分析仪检查,分别记录手术前后角膜后表面曲率、前房深度及前房容积相关数据,并分析其变化。结果术后10d角膜中央3mm区角膜后表面曲率与术前相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.230,P=0.818)。而5113121及7mm区后表面曲率较术前显著增加,差异有统计学意义(t=11.316,P=0.000;t=11.615,P=0.000)。术后10d前房深度和前房容积均较术前降低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.932,P=0.000;t=6.626,P=0.000)。术前和术后角膜后表面曲率(直径3mm、5mm及7mm区)、前房深度及前房容积三者之间均无明显相关性。结论LASIK术后早期角膜后表面旁中央区较陡峭;术后早期前房变浅,前房容积变小,且手术前后角膜后表面曲率、前房深度及前房容积的变化均无明显相关性。
Objective To analyse the changes of posterior corneal curvature ( PCC ), anterior chamber depth(ACD) and anterior chamber volume(ACV) measured with Sirius anterior segment analysis system at early stage after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods Ninty-six eyes of 96 cases who underwent LASIK for the correction of myopia and compound myopic astigmatism in our hospital were prospectively studied. The examination with Sirius anterior segment analysis system was performed before the operation and 10 days after the operation. The changes of PCC, ACD and ACV were recorded and analyzed. Results The PCC in 5mm and 7mm zone increased significantly 10 days after the operation compared with the preoperative ones and the differences were statistically significant( t = 11. 316, P = 0. 000 ; t = 11. 615, P = 0. 000). But there was no statistically significant difference in PCC in 3ram zone between preoperation and 10 days after the operation (t = 0. 230, P = 0. 818). The ACD and ACV decreased 10 days after the operation compared with the preoperative ones and the differences were statistically significant ( t = 19. 932, P = 0. 000 ; t = 6. 626, P = 0. 000 ). There was no significant correlation among PCC, ACD and ACV. Conclusion The paracentral cornea of PCC is steep at early stage after LASIK. The ACD and ACV decrease significantly after LASIK. The changes of PCC, ACD and ACV have no significant correlation.
