摘要
目的:为了筛选最佳的黄芪多糖的脱蛋白效果。方法:比较sevage法,蛋白酶法,乙酸铅法和732树脂法脱除黄芪多糖中的蛋白质的效果。结果:蛋白酶法和732树脂法都可以较好的除去黄芪多糖中的蛋白质。尤其以732树脂静态吸附效果为最佳,多糖得率达88.6%,蛋白质含量降低至0.91%。而且732树脂成本低,快速,吸附效果好,样品损失小,便于在黄芪多糖的制备中推广使用。结论:732树脂静态吸附法是最佳的黄芪多糖脱蛋白方法。
Different methods about removing protein from the Astragalus Polysaccharides(APS) extract was studied, such as Sevage ,Protease,lead acetate and 732 resin methods. The results indicated that the Protease and 732 resin were good removing - protein methods. Especially,the APS recovery could reach 88.6% and protein residual content was 0, 91% through static adsorption by 732 resin. Furthermore 732 resin possesses many advantages such as economic, rapid, safe and minimum sample loss and so on. Therefore 732 resin was the best performance for removing protein from APS extract.
