摘要
详细研究了用铜矿生产CuSO4.5H2O的工艺条件,并对原材料、中间产品、成品等进行了系统的分析。采用经过处理的铜矿来生产CuSO4.5H2O的最佳的工艺条件为:常温下反应30min,H2SO4的浓度为1.52 mol.L-1,H2SO4的用量为40 mL,此条件下浸提率高,能耗小,酸耗小,一次结晶产品的浓度能够达到95.3%。
This paper has studied the processing conditions of producing CuSO4·5H2O from raw mine of copper. The resuits indicated that the superior condition were regarded as, reaction temperature is normal temperature and the reaction lime is 30 min, concentration of H2SO4 is 1.52 mol·L^-1, and the mount of H2SO4 is 40 mL. On these conditions, the rate of leaching is high and the consumption of energy and acid is low. The concentration of first - crystallizing products is up to 95.3%.
