摘要
目的:对日立7180型自动生化分析仪进行应用评价。方法:采用上海申能试剂,申能质控血清Ⅰ、Ⅱ(批号NO.3229,NO.4339)和病人血清,选定包括丙氨酸胺基转移酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(Ca)、肌酐(Cre)、甘油三酯(TG)在内的六个项目对7180进行精密度、线性、准确度及携带污染率的评价,并且与日立7600型生化仪进行相关性评价。结果:日立7180日内及日间变异系数均在3%~4%之间;线性良好(0.96~0.99);携带污染率为0%;准确度在95%以上;与日立7600相比,相关系数在0.9856以上,无显著性差异。结论:该仪器主要指标评价结果符合设计要求,适合各级医院检验科及实验室生化分析。
Objective To evaluate the application of Hitachi 7180 biochemistry autoanalyzer. Method Shengneng reagent and Shenneng control serum Ⅰ , Ⅱ(Lot NO. 3229, Lot NO. 4339) and patients'serum were used to evaluate the precision, linearity, accuracy and the schlepped polluting rate of 7180 biochemistry autoanalyzer by detecting these items as alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total protein (TP), calcium (Ca), glucose (GLU), creatine (Cre) and triglycerides (TG). Hitachi 7600 autoanalyzer was used as the control analyzer to evaluate the correlation. Results The within -day and day to day precision of Hitachi 7180 was both between 3% and 4%, the linearity was good (0.96 - 0.99), the schlepped polluting rate was 0, the coefficient of accuracy (CAC) was higher than 95% and compared with 7600 autoanalyzer, the coefficient of correlation was higher than 0. 9856, with no significant difference. Conclusion The main index sign evaluation results of 7180 biochemistry autoanalyzer matches the design request, and fits all levels for biochemistry analysis.
