摘要
在高校教学管理中,ISO9000管理思想在某些方面是有互通性的,但企业与教育毕竟是两个不同的领域,管理过程和活动过程仍有较大的差异性,在引入IS09000的管理体系时要有充分的认识。分析高校引入ISO9000质量标准的必要性和可行性;根据高等教学质量要求,将IS09000系列标准进行适当的转化与重建,设计出高校教学质量保证指标体系。
In the higher institution teaching management, the ISO9000 management thinking has the interoperability in certain aspect, but the enterprise and the education is two different domains after all, supervisory process and active process still has the big difference, then when introduced ISO9000 management system must have full understanding. Therefore, the necessity and the feasibility of higher institution's introducing the ISO9000 quality specification is discussed and the particularity for higher institution learning education is considered. According to the teaching quality requirements, ISO9000 series standards get the appropriate conversion and reconstruction to improve the quality of teaching management level.
