非洲菊切花衰老过程中细胞壁组分及相关酶活性变化 被引量:2

Changes of Cell Wall Components and Cell Wall-degrading Enzyme Activities During Senescence of Gerbera jamesonii Cut-flower

摘要 研究了非洲菊切花易弯茎品种Sondance衰老过程中细胞壁组分及其相关水解酶活性的变化。结果表明,花茎纤维素、原果胶含量在瓶插前期均有所增加,3天后迅速下降;瓶插过程中,可溶性果胶含量与原果胶含量变化呈显著负相关;纤维素酶、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶、果胶甲酯酶活性在瓶插1~5天均呈快速上升之后下降。细胞壁物质的分解以及细胞壁水解酶活性的快速上升是非洲菊切花弯茎的主要原因。 The changes in cell wall component and cell wall-degrading enzyme were investigated during senescence of Gerberajamesonii Bolus.cv.Sondance cut-flower. The results showed that the cellulose, protopectin content of the scapes increased at the early stage of vase holding, and decreased rapidly after 3 days. The changes in soluble pectin content and protopectin content showed obviously negative correlation. Cellulase, pectinesterase and polygalactur-onase activity increased rapidly from 1 d to 5 d during vase holding, and then decreased. It was concluded that the decomposition of cell wall component and rising of cell wall-degrading enzyme activity were considered to be the main causes of bend scape of Gerbera jamesonii cut-flower.
